Out of the focus

I found that the things in my view are always out of my focus. I know their existence, but I can't see them clearly. Should I increase the f-number in order to get a greater depth of field?

NO NO NO if its at the TOP of the tower it goes slower but if its at the BOTTOM it goes faster!!!!! :|
